The All School Musical Chicago opens next week. Students have been working hard on putting together a fabulous production and we are excited to share it with our audiences starting September 6. If you haven’t bought tickets yet, we highly recommend you purchase them soon.  The show is 75% sold out already.  You can purchase tickets at:  http://dsa.dpsk12.org/performances/

Concessions Fundraiser

The Stagecraft & Design Department is gearing up for their biggest fundraiser of the year! We are selling concessions before and during intermission at the All School Musical performances of Chicago and we need your help! While the department buys popcorn to be made and sold, we depend on parents for other food and drink donations. It’s a quick and easy way to support Stagecraft and Design! We will be accepting donations September 3rd-5th and September 9th-11th in the Design Studio (Room 154). We would love  donations of tissues and paper towels for our classrooms.  They can be dropped off with any of the Stagecraft & Design teachers.

Parent Volunteer Opportunities

If you didn’t receive a parent volunteer form at back to school night, we have posted an online form you can fill out.  We are looking for volunteer help with a number of department activities.  Click here to fill out the online Parent Volunteer form.

King Soopers Fundraiser – Please enroll!!!

King Soopers Fundraising is one of the easiest and best ways that we receive regular funds to support our department.  If you follow the instructions below, 5% of your spending at King Soopers will go to support the activities of our department.  In past years this has brought in about $300 a month, but since they moved to the new system we have only seen a small number of families signup to participate.  Please enroll in the Community Rewards Program.  Thank you!

Once logged into your King Soopers or City Market account, click on the “Community Rewards” link, search for “Denver School of the Arts – Stagecraft and Design” either by name or input the code: GW652 and then click Enroll.

King Soopers users who don’t have an online account will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address, and a loyalty card to affiliate with your account.

Please note: Customers must have a registered King Soopers or City Market loyalty card account to link to our organization. If a member does not yet have a King Soopers or City Market loyalty card, they are available at the customer service desk at any King Soopers or City Market.

REMEMBER, purchases will not count for our organization until after participants register their loyalty card. Participants must swipe their registered King Soopers or City Market loyalty card or use the phone number that is related to their registered King Soopers or City Market loyalty card when shopping for each purchase to count.
