All juniors are enrolled in a mandatory SAT independent study class.  Please check the junior SAT site for details:

12th Grade

  • Request transcripts and letters of recommendation to be sent here
    • username = Student ID number
    • Password: student’s 6-digit birthdate mmddyy (Example: 070496)
  • Complete your Senior Exit Survey
  • Create a sample resume
  • Complete the My ICAP survey for your grade level
  • Update the DSA course planner

  • Take or retake the ACT or SAT test
  • Take the most rigorous classes you can handle (Honors or AP)
  • Identify colleges that match your goals and interests
  • Attend college fairs, visit college campuses
  • Attend your Senior Brown Bags in September
  • Complete college applications for:
    • 1 Reach/Dream school – a school that may be a stretch
    • 2-3 Target schools – schools that you are on track to be admitted to
    • At least 1 Safe school – academically and financially safe
  • Complete FAFSA to be considered for all types of Financial Aid
